Joint Commission surveyors provide a comprehensive review of many areas from steps being taken to reduce the spread of hospital-based infections to making sure back-up power generators are routinely tested and in working order.

The nursing care you will receive at Cone Health has been nationally recognized as some of the best in the country.

In 2014, Cone Health was redesignated with Magnet Recognition for Excellence for the third straight time by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

A Magnet designation is the highest honor a hospital can receive for its nursing services. The designation is based on meeting standards set by the American Nurses Association.
