Rebekah Driggers provides leadership for recruiting and retaining a medical staff of board-certified physicians who are committed to providing patient-centered quality care for Cone Health. With more than 12 years in the healthcare industry, Driggers is transforming a Provider Recruitment and Retention Division into a first resource for residents, fellows, physicians and midlevel providers in their career search nationwide.
Some of her accomplishments include developing a Residency Retention Program for the Cone Health Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents; transitioning an outsourced hospitalist group to an in-house program with salary analyses, ongoing recruitment status reports and a multi-media marketing package that recruited 20 hospitalists within 1½ years; and consistently scoring in top decile for post-interview recruits’ satisfaction measure. She was an administrative fellow with the network and co-chaired a 2006 initiative to make all Cone Health campuses tobacco-free.
A former loaned executive for United Way of Greater Greensboro, Driggers has led internal teams to boost physician giving. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
A resident of Winston-Salem, Driggers graduated from High Point University and earned her MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Management. Prior to joining Cone Health, Driggers managed and marketed her own formal wear business in High Point. She is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters, Carolina Association of Physician Recruiters and Triad Healthcare Executives Forum.
