Description

When kids look in the mirror, what do they see? Their ideas about size and shape – fueled by media messages - may distort their feelings about themselves, which can lead to low self-esteem, dieting and unhealthy habits.

Join Jeannie Sykes, PhD, clinical nutritionist with Cone Health Family Medicine Center, and Kristin Norden, licensed clinical social worker with Cone Health Behavioral Health Center at Greensboro, for an important discussion about tweens, teens and body image.
