The smoking cessation program is a proven-effective program from the American Lung Association. The program is available for anyone 18 and older who currently smokes. The program lasts for 7 weeks and is 8 sessions. Each class will be approximately 1 1/2 hours. The program is every Tuesday beginning March 5th and finishing on April 16th. There is one Thursday class on March 28th.
