This series of 5 weekly classes is for expectant parents who want to learn and practice natural methods of coping with the process of labor and childbirth. Relaxation, breathing, massage, visualization, role of the partner, and helpful positioning are highlighted. Participants learn how to be confident in their body's ability to give birth. This class will empower and help parents make informed decisions about their own care. Includes discussion that will help new parents transition into the immediate postpartum period. Recommended for parents 25-32 weeks pregnant.
*Bring 2 pillows and wear comfortable clothing.
**Participants must print and bring this signed form from your Physician or Care Provider to the first class.
***"Exploring Pain Relief Options for Birth and Cesareans" and "Caring for Baby" are two classes that we recommend taking along with this "A Natural Childbirth"class. You can register for these on-line as well.
