This group is designed to help people recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease learn how to empower themselves to live better. This group provides information about how Parkinson’s disease affects you as an individual, how to proactively take control of Parkinson’s disease, steps to manage your Parkinson’s disease, along with education and exercise for lifelong activity.
This group will meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Cone Health Neurorehabilitation Center located at 912 Third Street, Suite 102.
This will include an active segment, so come prepared to move!!
