This is a free support group for individuals with diabetes and their family members. The group meets from 6 to 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month. Check-in is at 5:45 p.m. The meetings are held at the Cone Health Nutrition and Diabetes Management Center located at 301 E. Wendover Avenue, Suite 415.
