The smoking cessation program is a proven-effective program from the American Lung Association. The program is available for anyone 18 and older who currently smokes. The program lasts for 7 weeks and is 8 sessions. Each class will be approximately 1 1/2 hours. The program is every Tuesday beginning January 15th and finishing on February 26th. There is one Thursday class on February 7th
All classes are 12-1:30pm and same location.
