Relaxation, breathing, massage, visualization, role of the partner, and helpful positioning are highlighted. Participants learn how to be confident in their body's ability to give birth. This class will empower and help parents make informed decisions about their own care. Includes discussion that will help new parents transition into the immediate postpartum period. Tour is included. Recommended for parents 25-32 weeks pregnant. ***We recommend that you take the following classes along with "Natural Childbirth", since these topics are not included within the series: Exploring Pain Relief Options & Cesareans" and "Caring for Baby".
