We recommend taking "Caring for Baby" and "Exploring Pain Options for Birth and Cesareans" along with this class. No need to register for Childbirth Options 2, 3, or 4 if you choose this class.

    This series of five weekly classes helps you and your labor partner prepare for childbirth and parenting. No need to register for Childbirth Options 1, 3 or 4 when you choose this option.

  • Childbirth Class Option 3 - Condensed Birth & Baby

    Weekend childbirth class covering the care of your newborn, and the basics of labor and childbirth. Includes a hospital tour and lunch. No need to register for Childbirth Options 1, 2, or 4 if you choose this class.

  • Childbirth Class Option 4 - Refresher Birth & Baby

    Expecting another baby? This 2-week course reviews the basics of the birth process, breathing and relaxation techniques, and cesarean sections. Recommended at 34-36 weeks.

  • Infant and Child CPR

    Learn infant and child resuscitation skills from credentialed American Heart Association instructors. Also included is the treatment of conscious and unconscious choking infants and children. Register each participant individually to ensure that enough mannequins are available.

  • Maternity Care Center Tour

    Come visit Women's Hospital for a tour of family-centered maternity services. Tours are scheduled weekly for your convenience. Tours last approximately 1 hour and are led by a Registered Nurse. Please register each person in your party separately.

  • Preparing for 9 Special Months

    So the stick is pink? Register now for an early start to a healthy pregnancy! This class is designed to help you and your partner map out the healthiest course possible for your pregnancy and developing baby. Take this class between 10-20 weeks pregnant.
