Gifts To Honor And Remember
Any gift you make can be in honor or memory of someone special to you. Many of our patients choose to honor their caregivers or others who have helped them with an illness, surgery or other health-related issue.
After receiving a gift, we send an acknowledgement of the gift to the donor, as well as to the family or person honored. Your gift amount is always kept confidential.
Fund Development also offers opportunities to honor or remember someone through custom plaques.
Great Beginnings Wall At Women's Hospital
Great Beginnings is a special way to honor the birth of a baby. With a $100 contribution to Women’s Hospital, your baby’s name and birthday, or the name and birthday of an older child will be displayed on a plaque for one year. After a year on display, you will receive your child’s plaque as a permanent keepsake.
The Great Beginnings Wall is located on the first floor near the Central Nursery. Gifts to the Great Beginnings fund promote excellence in women’s and children’s services by helping to provide state-of-the-art equipment, programming and education.
Every donation is appreciated and helps us serve the women in our community. A colorful plaque with your choice of an animal design (giraffe, hippo, lion or elephant) can be selected when submitting an application.

Honor Walkway at Cone Health Cancer Center
Cone Health offers a unique way for you to honor or remember loved ones affected by cancer. Your message will be prominently displayed along the Honor Walkway, located next to Cone Health Cancer Center.
