Cone Health Selects Administrative Fellows

Robert Hensley and Jenna Willingham are joining Cone Health as Administrative Fellows.

During the first year of their 24-month fellowship, Hensley and Willingham will get experience in disciplines that provide direct patient care, as well as areas that support those efforts. Hensley and Willingham will also focus on major projects and working closely with Cone Health senior management, the medical staff and the Board of Trustees.

During the second year of their fellowship, the two will focus on gaining greater insight into administrative areas such as finance and human resources.

“Healthcare faces many challenges in the coming years. More than 100 people applied for the two fellowship opportunities.
