Medical Staff Additions and Changes at Cone Health
The following individuals have joined the medical staff of Cone Health.
Dr. Katherine Schorr has joined the staff of Triad Hospitalists and works at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. Schorr was previously an emergency department physician at Moses Cone Hospital.
Dr. Melody Joy DeClaire has joined Carolina Pediatrics of the Triad. DeClaire earned her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies. She completed her residency at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga., and is board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Heath Keay McCullough has joined Greensboro Radiology, PA, in Greensboro. McCullough is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and was a resident at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is certified in general diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. John Scott Mitchell has joined Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine in High Point. Mitchell graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and was a resident at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Diana Santiago Vergara has joined Cone Health to work in tele-psychiatry through Specialists on Call, Inc. Vergara is a graduate of Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá, Columbia. She completed her residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Miami, Fla., and is board certified by The American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology.
Tammi Tolbert Quintero is a physician’s assistant at employer health services at MedCenter Kernersville. Quintero graduated from Texas Tech University and earned her physician’s assistant degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
