Medical Staff Additions and Changes at Cone Health
The following individuals have joined the medical staff of Cone Health.
Denise Anna-Marie Davies has joined Central Carolina Obstetrics and Gynecology as a certified nurse midwife. Davies earned her degree at Coombe Women and Infants University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Davies is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board.
Dr. Pamela Ferry works at the Center for Women’s Healthcare Faculty Practice at Women’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine and performed her residency at the Via Christi Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita. Ferry is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. John Germeroth works with American Anesthesiology in Greensboro. He earned his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and performed his residency at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida.
Dr. Sean Hommel is a family medicine doctor at Cone Health Primary Care at MedCenter Kernersville. He earned his medical degree at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Va. and performed his residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Hommel is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Megan Mansell Morris practices at Physicians for Women of Greensboro. She earned her medical degree at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Va. She performed her residency at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, S.C.
Dr. Carmen Thomas practices at Greensboro Pediatricians. She is a graduate of the UNC School of Medicine. Thomas was a resident at Duke University Hospitals.
Dr. David Yao practices with the Wake Forest University Department of Emergency Medicine - Greensboro Region. He earned his medical degree at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and was a resident at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine in Hempstead, N.Y.
