New Medical Staff Join Cone Health
The following individuals have joined the medical staff of Cone Health.
Carmen Lashay Chatten, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, has joined Cone Health Urgent Care Center at MedCenter Kernersville. Chatten earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at North Carolina A&T State University and her Master of Science degree in nursing at Winston-Salem State University.
Dr. Sonovia LaTasha Johnson has joined the Cone Health Sports Medicine Center as a sports medicine fellow. Johnson earned her medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency at Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Carrie Jean Hall is a physician assistant at Western Rockingham Family Practice in Madison. Hall earned her Master of Medical Science degree at Arcadia University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Martha Fairbanks Perry, a specialist in pediatric and adolescent medicine, has joined Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine in Greensboro. Perry earned her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed her residency at Children’s Hospital in Boston. Perry is certified in general pediatrics and adolescent medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Erica Rushing practices at Greensboro Pathology. Rushing earned her medical degree from and completed a residency at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She also completed a residency at The Cleveland Clinic. She is board certified by the American Board of Pathology.
Dr. Robyn Kim Zanard is a family medicine doctor at Cone Health MedCenter High Point. Zanard earned her medical degree at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and completed her residency at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Theodore Zarzar is a psychiatrist at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital. Zarzar is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where he was also a resident. Zarzar is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
