Ridenour Recognized for Diversity Work

Cone Health Service Response Center Director Brent Ridenour has been named a “Champion of Diversity” by Sodexo, Inc., a food and facilities management company that provides services to Cone Health.

Brent Ridenour

Ridenour was nominated and selected based on his strong support of the Sodexo commitment to diversity and inclusion, and his efforts to share his passion and to enhance these practices at Cone Health.

“This is a major accomplishment and recognition as Sodexo is a leader in diversity and inclusion,” says Wesley Long Hospital President and Cone Health Chief Inclusion Officer Paul Jeffrey. “Brent is a member of the Cone Health Inclusion Council and plays a valuable role in helping Cone Health capitalize on the strengths of our highly diverse workforce.”

Sodexo recognizes “Champions of Diversity” three times a year from its workforce of more than 100,000 hourly and management employees. Sodexo made a donation on Ridenour’s behalf to the Sodexo Stop Hunger campaign at Cone Health in recognition of this honor.
