Alamance Regional Medical Center Launches Website That Adjusts to Devices
Alamance Regional Medical Center has launched a new website that offers an improved, more intuitive design, and morphs in appearance to fit whatever device consumers use to view it. The new ARMC.com uses responsive design, which changes the way content appears, depending on whether the consumer uses a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. And unlike typical mobile versions, users have access to the entire site—not a limited version with few features.
“We want people to connect with Alamance Regional Medical Center on their terms – anywhere they are with any device they want,” says Cone Health Marketing Manager Neil Shoffner. “And it’s important that they have the entire website, not just a small part of it.”
The website’s new design and improved navigation allows users to more easily find a doctor, pay a bill or register for a community education class. It is fully integrated into the larger Cone Health network meaning that users can more easily learn about the array of services offered across Cone Health.
Alamance Regional Medical Center began working with Geonetric more than a year ago on the new website. Geonetric also helped create the award winning ConeHealth.com site and works exclusively on building healthcare websites.
