Annie Penn Hospital Foundation Announces New Board Members

 

The Annie Penn Hospital Foundation Board of Directors has added three new directors for 2014. They are:

Robbie Citty, a licensed funeral director at Citty Funeral Home. He is a Reidsville Senor High School and Fayetteville Technical Community College graduate.
Rev. Hairston Rev. William (Willie) C. Hairston, a retired officer of the Reidsville Police Department and senior pastor at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Reidsville. He is a Reidsville Senior High School and Shaw University graduate.
Bobby Pruitt Bobby (Tripp) N. Pruitt III, pharmacy manager at Belmont Pharmacy. He is a graduate of the Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Each new director will serve three-year terms on the 24-member board.

“We are very fortunate to have these members of our community give of their time to help us better meet the healthcare needs of our community,” says Annie Penn Hospital Foundation Executive Director Stokes Ann Hunt. 

The Annie Penn Hospital Foundation raises funds and community awareness to enhance the health services provided by Annie Penn Hospital. As the sole governing body of the Foundation, the board of directors oversees the operational, strategic and financial plans of all foundation activities. Members serve as advocates for the hospital within the philanthropic community helping to ensure that the healthcare needs of the people of Rockingham County are being met.
