Toben Promoted to Director of Emergency Department at MedCenter High Point


Stacey Toben, RN, has been promoted to director of the MedCenter High Point Emergency Department. She was previously the assistant director of the facility at 2630 Willard Dairy Rd, High Point.

“The emergency department at MedCenter High Point scores very highly Stacey Tobenwhen it comes to patient satisfaction,” says Cone Health Executive Director of Emergency Services Cheryl Somers, RN. “Stacey’s experience and enthusiasm will further elevate the high-quality care and service we provide there.”

Toben began her career at Cone Health in the Women’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She has also served as assistant director of the emergency department at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital.

Toben earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Georgia, bachelor’s degree in nursing at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and  Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Pfeiffer University. Tobin is a former Great 100 nurse.
