Cone Health Medical Group Consolidates Primary Care in High Point
Move brings more primary care providers to MedCenter High Point

Specialized patient rooms, improved privacy and better appointments await patients at the new LeBauer Primary Care at High Point. Cone Health Medical Group is merging LeBauer Primary Care at Guilford/Jamestown with LeBauerNursing Station at LeBauer Primary Care Primary Care at High Point. The combined practice is moving into new space on the second floor of MedCenter High Point at 2630 Willard Dairy Rd.

“We have worked very hard at improving the patient experience in designing and building the new space,” says Cone Health Medical Group Primary Care Director Brian Hunt. “Everything from the reception desk to the open nursing station to the full-service lab is designed to improve the quality of time patients spend with their provider.”

The facility has dedicated patient rooms for bariatric, gynecological and pediatric patients. The exam rooms are built with the patient in mind with things patients might notice, such as music in exam rooms, to items they might not, such as extra insulation between the exam rooms to ensure patient privacy.

LeBauer Primary Care at High Point will also have on-site behavioral health counselors as part of the practice. This will help patients avoid having to go elsewhere for appointments. Other convenient services onsite include imaging services and a pharmacy.

The merged practice opens Monday, Aug. 31. It features seven providers who are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. on Fridays. The practice can be reached at 336-884-3800.
