Cone Health Ad Campaign Takes Top Awards

Exceptional Care, Every Day

represent work completed across all industry sectors. Cone Health’s awards were in recognition of its “Exceptional Care. Every Day.” campaign. The campaign highlights a patient’s care from both the patient’s and the caregiver’s point of view.

“What makes these awards special is that every patient is a Cone Health patient and every doctor, every nurse is a Cone Health doctor or nurse,” says Cone Health Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Chuck Wallington. “They told their terrific stories of compassionate care in their own words and in their own ways. Their stories are indicative of the exceptional care we provide our patients every day at Cone Health.”

Cone Health’s “Exceptional Care. Every Day.” campaign won the following 2016 Hermes Creative Awards:

  • Platinum in the TV ad campaign category
  • Platinum in the integrated marketing campaign (print, broadcast and online) category
  • Gold in the print advertising campaign category
  • Honorable mention for overall website design (

The top 15 percent of entries received the platinum award—the Hermes Creative Awards’ top honor. The gold award was received by the top 22 percent of entries. More than 6,000 entries were made into the Hermes Creative Awards 2016 competition.

The awards were administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals. Winners were selected from 195 categories regardless of size or industry sector, and grouped under advertising, publications, marketing/branding, integrated marketing, public relations/communications, electronic media and pro bono.
