Health Care Without the Hassles

InstaCare makes scheduling and paying for health care easy.

Cone Health brings convenient, fast-access health care to the area with InstaCare.

InstaCare

The new medical office allows consumers to reserve their spot online, choose from a menu of medical conditions, walk into the clinic and pay with a credit card – all with transparent pricing. Appointments aren’t necessary and insurance isn’t accepted. InstaCare is now open at 3824 N. Elm St., Suite 206, Greensboro.

“This is a new way of getting health care,” says John Jenkins, MD, chief clinical officer, Cone Health Connected Care. “People have told us they want convenience and quality and they want to know exactly what their medical visit will cost. InstaCare was built to meet those needs.”

InstaCare providers can treat 35 common conditions ranging from a common cold to minor cuts and rashes to wellness exams. Once people make an online reservation, they can be updated on the status of their appointment via text. When they arrive at InstaCare, check-in is done on an airport-style kiosk. Walk-ins are also accepted.

“InstaCare was created not only to provide convenient care, but to meet the way health care is paid for today,” explains Jenkins. “Many people have high-deductible health insurance plans. InstaCare makes it very easy to handle the smaller, out-of-pocket expenses.”

InstaCare is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All major credit cards, flexible spending account cards and health savings account cards are accepted as well as cash.
