Connected Care from Cone Health

Exceptional Care When You Need It

When you're sick or hurt, you want instant access to quality care. We're excited to provide you with video and telephone visits 24/7, and with e-Visits through MyChart.  We want to offer you the best care at your convenience while also saving you money and unnecessary trips to an urgent care or retail clinic.

Conditions that are evaluated

Minor conditions such as sinus issues, coughs, flu-like symptoms, back pain and more are among the health issues that can be evaluated. Your virtual care provider can diagnose, recommend treatment and prescribe medication as needed. These services are not designed for complex conditions and emergency care.
