From the first days of pregnancy to your little one’s first steps, Cone Health educators are here to help guide your way to a happy and healthy baby.   Classes taught by certified instructors are available on a variety of topics including childbirth, infant care, parenting, breastfeeding, infant CPR, and more.

  • Condensed Birth & Baby

    Weekend childbirth class. This class covers the care of your newborn, and the basics of labor and childbirth. It also includes a hospital tour and lunch.

  • Daddy Boot Camp

    Experienced dads, who have been trained as coaches, teach dads-to-be how to hold, comfort, diaper, swaddle and play with their infant.

  • Fathers Matter

    A support and education group for new fathers. A program for dads run by a dad.

  • Feelings After Birth

    It is for moms supporting other moms through the sometimes difficult adjustment that follows a baby's birth.

  • Grandparent Love

    If you are expecting a grandbaby, this class is for you. Learn about the latest infant care and safety recommendations and ways to give your child support as he or she transitions into the parenting role.

  • Infant CPR

    Learn infant resuscitation skills from credentialed American Heart Association instructors. Also included is the treatment of conscious and unconscious choking infants and children.

  • Marvelous Multiples

    Expecting twins, triplets, or more? This class covers the differences in labor, birth, parenting, and breastfeeding issues that face multiples’ parents.

  • Maternity Care Center Tour

    For a tour of our family-centered maternity services meet in the lobby of Women’s Hospital Education Center at 7:30 p.m. every Thursday evening, or at 4 p.m. on the second Sunday of each month. The tour is not available on holidays {example Thanksgiving}. No registration required. Led by a registered nurse.

  • Postnatal (after baby) Yoga and Pilates

    Need to get back into shape after baby is born? Come to our baby friendly exercise classes.

  • Prenatal Yoga and Pilates

    Classes for all trimesters. You will learn safe and effective exercises that help build strength, flexibilty and help reduce stress.
