Description

This is an EXTRA class for expectant parents wanting additional practice in natural/low intervention methods of coping with labor. 

Prerequisite : Completion of the first 2 classes of the Birth & Baby series or a Condensed Birth & Baby class.

*Please bring a partner, 2 pillows and wear comfortable clothes.

In order to continue providing quality programs at Women's Hospital, refunds will only be available for medical necessity.  We are happy to apply the class fee to other classes if you need to reschedule.
