This option of five weekly classes helps you and your labor partner prepare for childbirth. Topics include newborn care, labor & birth, cesarean birth, pain management, comfort techniques and a tour of Women’s Hospital. The class meets at the same time, on the same day of the week for five consecutive weeks beginning with the starting date you choose. (No need to register for childbirth options 1 or 3 if you choose this class!) ***These classes fill up quickly. Please complete the online registration early in your pregnancy with the plan to start this class when you are approximately 30-32 weeks.

Description

Preparing For Class

  • Bring 2 PILLOWS and wear comfy clothes!
  • You are welcome to Download your own copy of the Birth & Baby class resource to your personal digital devices for reference.  (This is a large file and may take some time to load. Feel free to print this resource if you choose, but it is not a requirement.)

Refunds

In order to continue providing quality programs at Women’s Hospital, refunds will only be available for medical necessity.

We are happy to apply the class fee to other classes if you need to reschedule.
