  • Baby & Me

    Discuss newborn & infant parenting and family adjustment issues with other new mothers in a relaxed environment. Each week brings a new speaker or baby-centered activity. We encourage mothers to join us every Thursday in the Women's Hospital Education Center at 11:00am. Babies birth until crawling. No registration or fee.

  • Breastfeeding Support Group

    This group is a mother-to-mother support circle where moms have the opportunity to share their breastfeeding experiences. A Lactation Consultant is present for questions and concerns. An infant scale is available for weight checks. This service is FREE and no appointment is needed. (Meets in the Women’s Hospital Education Center each Tuesday at 11:00am and each Monday at 7:00pm)

  • Feelings After Birth

    ‘Feelings after Birth’ supports moms who are having difficulty adjusting to the challenges of life after the birth of a baby. A Registered Nurse and Clinical Social Worker are prepared to support and guide you toward resources to help you take care of yourself as you transition into motherhood. It's held at Women's Hospital Education Center at 10:00am every Tuesday morning. Babies welcome. No registration or fee.

  • Fit 4 Two (After Baby Fitness & Yoga)

    Need to get back into shape after baby is born? Help reduce stress? Come to our baby friendly (birth to crawling) exercise classes. After Baby Fitness & Conditioning is held on Tuesdays at 9:30am. After Baby Strength & Toning is held on Thursdays at 9:30am. After Baby Yoga is held on Fridays at 9:15am. Register in person at Women's Hospital Education Center Entrance in the Perinatal Education office prior to class participation. Written approval from your care-provider required after the birth of your baby. $30 fee includes all of these classes for 4 weeks. For more information, call 832-6682.

  • Infant and Child CPR

    Parents, grandparents, babysitters, and friends learn Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation skills for infants and children. You will also learn how to treat both conscious and unconscious choking in infants and children. This Family & Friends program does not offer certification. Register each participant individually to ensure that enough mannequins are available.
