Women's Only 5K
Women of all ages, including girls 7 years and older, may walk or run the 3.1-mile certified course. Walking teams and families are especially encouraged to register, but they will need to do so individually.
The 3.1-mile course begins at Women's Hospital, follows the Latham Park paved scenic trail to the Cone Health Cancer Center at Wesley Long Hospital and then returns to Women's Hospital.

Girls Only Mini-Run
A specially designed course on The Women's Hospital campus makes this event a fun race to teach young girls that they can make a difference too, while building new confidence in their running skills.
Girls age 6 and younger may participate in the seventh running of this child-friendly event. For girls 3 and younger, the race course is 200 yards. Those 4 to 6 years of age race on a 400-yard course. A pre-race warm-up with children's music is provided. Each competitor receives a youth T-shirt and a medal.
Men's Only Support Team
All men are encouraged to join the Men’s Only Support Team to show their support for the women walking or running in this year’s event. Your donation will go toward a fund that helps women in need obtain all of the support they need during diagnosis and/or treatment – from transportation to and from appointments to products for hair loss.
While the women in their lives run or walk, male members of the Support Team can proudly show their support by wearing the special Men’s Only Support Team T-shirt included with the $30 donation.
We will even give you a bonus item – a sports bag to hold and carry all of the important items she’ll need before and after the race. Registration is required to be a part of the Men’s Only Support Team.
