Originally known as the Wesley Long Foot Center, the Cone Health Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center has more than 12 years experience in dealing with difficult-to-heal wounds.
To provide the most up-to-date wound care, we have added hyperbaric medicine, one of the most advanced therapies available. The hyperbaric area of the Center is equipped with four hyperbaric chambers that can provide 12 patient treatments each day.
Patients receiving hyperbaric treatment may watch television with DirecTV access or listen to a favorite CD.
The Moses Cone Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center is conveniently located at the North Elam Medical Plaza at Wesley Long Community Hospital. The 4,400-square-foot facility provides easy access for patients in wheelchairs. Exam rooms are spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art electric exam chairs which allow wounds to be treated while patients are comfortably seated.
The staff includes wound care and hyperbaric-trained physicians and nurses as well as a certified wound specialist.
A physician referral is not necessary, and self-referrals are accepted. For more information, click on the links above or call 832-0970.
