Did not pay attention to the information I provided

Dr. Martin, responded in a timely manner and prescribed something to help with my cough. The problem I am having is that I have a raging infection and have been bringing up brown mucus from my sinuses and lungs. It the worst phlegm I ever had. While he's the doctor, it would seem that antibiotic was in order. From my reading the brown is partly due to dead cells and party blood. I am now getting clots out of my nose especially in the morning. Staying healthy is becoming increasingly difficult but I'm very happy to be part of the Cone system.

I told him I need abx and he probably was just going with the information he was given with the symptoms he was provided. I had PNA

Thank you for having this service as I am disabled and my physical ability has been impaired from my inherited disease as well as recently my ability to clearly vocalize my thoughts and I am very self conscious about it- this visit allowed me to confidently express myself through text instead of vocalizing myself in a virtual meeting. I have had William Martin before in January when I had Covid. He listens, he asks questions, he is very caring and concerned.

This was an excellent experience and I was reluctant to seek treatment otherwise because I have a compromised immune system so didn't want to go into a physical urgent care. Meant I got the medical care I needed without exposure to other illnesses.

Started thinking was going to have a problem and was getting frustrated that the doctor was judging me basing his opinion and instructions on other people's experiences and personality traits but with a little persistence his efforts turned around and were very satisfying.

Appreciate the attention to the problem. I felt that I had the providers full attention I felt comfortable with the follow-through on medicine provided. Felt we were on target.

He got to the root of the problem. Which is what I needed.
