Biography
Meghan Leigh Cassell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in Occupational Health & Wellness. She is also a Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Meghan’s clinical experiences consist of: Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery, Hand Trauma and Injuries, Wound Care, Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Hospitalist, Urgent Care, Med/Surg, Trauma/Emergency General Surgery, and Clinical Medicine Research. Meghan has been involved in the medical field/healthcare since she was in high school.
Meghan is passionate about taking care of the community and patients of occupational health and wellness. She sees workers’ comp injuries, pre-employment physicals, DOT/CMV physicals, travelers, ROTC physicals, firefighters and police officers for wellness screenings/physicals, etc. She works closely with several companies and industries in the triad and surrounding areas. She values her patients and their stories/backgrounds and listens and treats each patient with exceptional care.
Meghan enjoys time with her husband, family, friends, and pets which include dogs and a horse! She loves horseback riding, animals and even helps with rescuing animals, traveling, reading a great book especially while at the beach or in the mountains, and Mexican food – chips, queso cheese dip, and salsa!
