Chad Boore 

Senior Vice-President, Regional President of North and East Markets

As Regional President, Boore oversees the strategic growth, operational effectiveness and quality outcomes of Alamance Regional Medical Center and Annie Penn Hospital.

Boore is a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years of health care experience spanning non-profit, for-profit and academic leadership positions. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset with a bottom-line focus using innovative strategies to solve big problems. He was drawn to Cone Health due to the Risant Health integration and the strong commitment to value-based care.

Prior to joining Cone Health, he served as the market chief operating officer for MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 300-bed teaching and regional referral center, part of Trinity Health. Before that, Boore was the eastern region CEO for OSF HealthCare in Peoria, Illinois. 

Boore received his MBA with an emphasis in health care administration from the University of New Orleans and received a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University.
