Vice President, Heart & Vascular Service Line

Dee Talley, MHA, BSN, RN, serves as vice president of Cone Health’s Heart & Vascular service line. She leads strategy, operations and financial performance for a multisite cardiovascular program and partners with physicians and teams across Cone Health to advance high-quality, patient-centered care.

Talley joined Cone Health as clinic manager for Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery and has since held key leadership roles, including executive director of the Cardiovascular Ambulatory Care Continuum and interim vice president of the Heart & Vascular service line. She has guided major initiatives, including the system-wide service line redesign and the operational launch of the Steven D. Bell Family Heart & Vascular Center.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University. Talley is an active member of the American College of Cardiology.
