Site Administrator, Annie Penn Hospital

Jessica Brown, MSN, RN, is the site administrator for Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville. She provides strategic and operational leadership at the hospital. In this multi-faceted role, Brown is responsible for quality and safety, financial performance, staff engagement and community relationships.

Prior to this role, Brown served as chief nursing officer at Annie Penn Hospital. She was responsible for nursing operations, nursing practice, quality, safety, productivity and patient experience at the facility.

In her leadership roles across Cone Health, she has successfully advanced initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce length of stay, strengthen team engagement and expand services. She has also been recognized for her leadership through honors such as the DAISY Leader Award and for driving systemwide improvements in quality and operational performance.

A graduate of Rockingham Community College, UNC-Greensboro and Liberty University, she brings both local pride and advanced expertise to Annie Penn Hospital and the wider community she calls home.
