John Supra 

Chief Digital Health & Analytics Officer 

John Supra is chief digital health and analytics officer at Cone Health.

In this role, Supra leads Cone Health’s digital health strategy and data and analytics initiatives. He implements digital health solutions, deploys new data applications and modernizes the systems necessary to accelerate value-based care. Supra also leads efforts to infuse digital health perspectives throughout our care model and care delivery experiences.

Supra brings a deep background in population health and value-based care that intersects with technology, data and analytics.

Before joining Cone Health in 2024, he served as Chief Technology & Analytics Officer at UpStream Care Company. He also previously worked as Vice President at Prisma Health where he was a founding leader of Prisma Health’s Care Coordination Institute and the system-wide Chief Data Officer. Supra also previously served as the Deputy Director and Chief Information Officer for the S.C. Department of Health and Human Services.

Supra started his career leading substantive process transformation by consistently leveraging technology to fuel innovation and accelerate change across several industries.

He holds master's and bachelor's degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
