Kristen Kruszewski, PharmD 

Chief Pharmacy Officer 

Kristen Kruszewski, PharmD, MBA, BCSCP, serves as system-wide Chief Pharmacy Officer for Cone Health. She provides strategic and operational leadership for Enterprise Pharmacy across acute, ambulatory, specialty, infusion and population health services.

Kruszewski brings more than 20 years of pharmacy leadership experience across health system operations, with expertise in specialty and infusion pharmacy, supply chain strategy and value-based care models. Prior to joining Cone Health, she served as pharmacy strategy lead with Risant Health, where she partnered with health systems to advance pharmacy integration, procurement optimization and clinical service expansion.

Her leadership has driven measurable results, including procurement savings, growth in specialty pharmacy services, expanded home delivery and infusion programs, and improved patient access through innovative clinical pharmacy models. Kruszewski holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree the Medical University of South Carolina, an MBA from University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and is board certified in sterile compounding.
