Laurie Green, PharmD

Vice President, Integration

Laurie Green, PharmD, serves as the Vice President of Integration. In this role, she leads Cone Health’s Integration Management Office and oversees all aspects of the organization’s transition into Risant Health, including planning, execution and post implementation evaluation.

Dr. Green joined Cone Health in 1998 as a clinical pharmacist and has held progressive leadership roles, including Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, Pharmacy Manager and Director of Operations for the Women’s & Children’s Center at Moses Cone Hospital. She was named Executive Director of Women’s & Children’s Services in 2021. Prior to her appointment to VP, Integration, she served as Executive Director, Operations for the Greensboro Market from 2023 to 2024.

She earned her bachelor’s and doctorate degrees in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Green is a board certified coach and holds a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Dignity Health Global Education.
