Site Administrator, Wesley Long Hospital

Lucrecia Quick is Site Administrator for Wesley Long Hospital, where she leads hospital operations, quality and safety performance, financial stewardship and staff engagement. She works closely with medical staff and system leaders to advance Cone Health’s strategic priorities and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

Lucrecia brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Wesley Long Hospital, achieving significant improvements in patient experience, staff engagement and operational efficiency. Her prior roles include Executive Director of Nursing and Director of Inpatient Oncology and Flexible Resources at Wesley Long, as well as leadership positions at Alamance Regional Medical Center, Person Memorial Hospital and High Point Regional Hospital.

She holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Walden University, a Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lucrecia is Board Certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing and serves on the North Carolina Advisory Committee on Cancer Coordination and Control. She was honored as one of North Carolina’s Great 100 Nurses.
