Michael Owen

Vice President of Construction, Facilities and Real Estate

Michael Owen serves as vice president of construction, facilities and real estate for Cone Health. Owen provides strategic and operational leadership for Cone Health's expanding portfolio of campuses, properties and facilities.

Owen is an accomplished health care executive with expertise in facilities management, planning and construction, real estate development and sustainability. Most recently, he was the vice president of facilities development & construction management for Community Health Network in Indianapolis and prior to that, was the vice president of real estate, facilities planning & construction at Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York. Owen also had senior leadership roles in construction, real estate and facilities at AtlantiCare and Crothall Healthcare.

Owen earned his MBA from Anderson University and bachelor's degree from Ball State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives®.
