Steve Anderson

Steve Anderson is the senior vice president of Cone Health Medical Group, an integrated group of 700-plus medical providers and 2,000-plus staff employed by Cone Health.

Anderson first worked at Cone Health as executive director of Triad Physician Resources from 2000 to 2004 and then returned as vice president in 2009 to start the medical group with other key leaders. Anderson assumed the role of senior vice president in 2020. 

Anderson holds a Master of Science degree in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. 

Anderson serves on the Advisory Board at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro School of Nursing, is a graduate of the class of 2010 of Leadership Greensboro and past president of the Medical Group Management Association Executive Assembly.
