Susan Pedaline, DNP, MS, RNC, serves as chief nursing officer, Women’s & Children's Center at Moses Cone Hospital and vice president, Cone Health Maternal-Child Services. She joined Cone Health in 2012.
Pedaline earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Pittsburgh; a Masters of Professional Leadership from Carlow College, Pittsburgh; a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, and a diploma in nursing from Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh.
Pedaline is a fellow in the Academy GE Fellows for Nurse Executives. She is currently serves on the board for the North Carolina Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. Pedaline is also a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, North Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders, North Carolina Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau. She serves on the Greensboro Communities in School Board of Directors.
