Tracy M. Howard LMT, LMBT, IASTM
Little did Tracy know she got her to start with massage before she knew she was to be a therapist. Her mother bought her a reflexology book to aid in helping her with her mom’s circulation issues in her feet. This is where Tracy began to take interest in all things “natural” and healing options for the body. Tracy specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, Hot Stones, and more. She has certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Tracy enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dog, Dapper. Tracy works in Greensboro at our R&R Studio location.
