Dr. Dale Okorodudu discusses his documentary, Black Men in WhiteCoats, which aims to shine a light on this issue. Dr. Okorodudu shares his experience as a Black man in health care, as well as what his organization is doing to guide minority students. They have seen the impact mentorship has had on the career developmentpersonal success and overall well-being of participants.
