Preparation

  • Please bring photo ID and insurance card if applicable. (Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, etc.)

Arrival

  • STAY IN YOUR CAR. A security guard will greet you at your vehicle when it’s time for your appointment. Please do you enter the building until you are escorted by a security guard.

Safety

  • For everyone’s safety, COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place. Everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing by standing 6 feet apart from each other.

Test Results

  • Patients will receive a call from Cone Health as soon as test results come back. Currently takes up to 5 days to receive test results.
  • Test results will be released in MyChart to patients with an active MyChart account. Patients with negative test results and an active MyChart account will not receive a call from Cone Health, only the MyChart notification.
  • All positive tests are legally required to be reported to the Health Department.
  • If you have questions or have not received results after the three day time frame, please call 336-890-1140.
