Cone Health Employee Benefits 

Benefits enrollment begins on Mon, Oct. 12, and ends on Fri, Oct. 30. Please make sure you complete your enrollment on or before Oct. 30.

Each year Cone Health works hard to create a comprehensive benefits package that offers a combination of both traditional and unique benefits providing a variety of choices for the diverse needs of over 11,000 benefits-eligible employees. In 2021 we continue this journey with an emphasis on providing value and flexibility in benefit choices for you and your family.

Alex® is back for a fourth year!

AlexAlex, our virtual benefits counselor, will help with your plan selections. Alex will make plan recommendations based on how you answer questions about your use of health care, the premiums and out-of-pocket maximums as well as provide information and help on dental, life and disability plans.

Alex is not our enrollment system but simply a tool to help you think about your plan selections prior to using the enrollment system to make your choices. You cannot complete your enrollment with Alex.

Remember that Alex is only one of the tools available to help you understand your benefits – the choice is ultimately yours!

In addition to Alex, lots of other help will be available during the enrollment period. There will be webinars and a brand new website with lots of information.

Do I have to enroll in benefits if I do not want to make changes?

We encourage you to review which benefits are best for you and your family. However, participation in the enrollment process is not required. Please remember that you MUST enroll each year if you want to add or continue a Healthcare or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, a Pre-tax Child Care Deduction or a Health Savings Account.
