WW (Weight Watchers Reimagined)

Cone Health offers a subsidy on the selected Weight Watchers® programs.

Nutrition and Diabetes Education

Diabetes and FoodCone Health employees can get assistance with meal planning, managing diabetes​, lowering cholesterol, weight loss and much more.

Registered Dietitians/Nurses and Certified Diabetes Educators on staff. No physician referral required.

Diabetes Prevention Program

The online Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) will occur over 16 weeks with weekly education online. The DPP program helps participants develop lifelong skills for healthy living that includes healthy eating and physical activity. We all know lifestyle changes occur over time and not over night!

Throughout the program you will have a lifestyle coach that will work with you on food, exercise, provide feedback and encouragement along the way. The goal of this program is to increase exercise minutes and weight loss.

Completion of this program meets the requirements for the Healthy Lifestyle Premium Program.
