Tell us what makes Will a Wellness Superhero.

Will is always inspiring everyone around him to be and to do better. He single-handedly spearheads weight loss challenges, workout sessions, and other fun extracurricular activities. He is focused and always leads our team through gentle stretching and warm up activities during our staff meetings. He truly cares about each and every one’s health and well-being, and he is truly a wellness warrior. Through hard work and dedication, he has lost over 50 pounds this year alone.

What inspired Will to get healthy and stay healthy?

Will realized he was “sunsetting” by being over 50 so he inspired to improve his dedication to health and wellness to show that we can all be our best at any age!

Are there any activities or hobbies that Will participates in that he didn’t before?

Some new activities that Will has started are Krav Maga and participating in Rugged Maniac Races.

If you could say one thing to other employees to inspire them, what would you say?

You can do this! It is simply one good decision at a time! If you have a bad day, it’s just like dropping an egg. Just because you had one go splat, you wouldn’t throw away the rest of the carton!
