As a board-certified family medicine physician in Graham, Alexander Karamalegos, DO, enjoys taking care of his patients, promoting wellness and focusing on preventative medicine. Karamalegos appreciates the opportunity to serve Alamance County patients. He believes the cornerstones of great care are taking time to connect with patients and understanding their individual needs.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. A collector of natural specimens, he also enjoys photography, tennis and movies.

I could not be happier or more satisfied than I am with my Dr. And that is very important to me. If.i don't like or feel comfortable with my provider, or anyone else I have to deal with on a regular basis, I will.look for another provider. Luckily I very happy and satisfied here.

Dr. K is one of the best doctor's I have had in my 61 years. He listens well, responds effectively, and is up to date on many topics. I appreciate a doctor who is concerned with my overall well-being. I don't want to treat symptoms; I want to be healthy. I think he gets this.
