The first year of treatment was a specialty diet and exercise. There was a lot of discussion of how to comply with the guidance of each. During the last year of treatment, we are focused on reducing the vestigial fat to around 13% through use of Zepbound. This also involved the same specialty diet and exercise as well a weekly injections. How to inject and deal with side effects were reviewed as the treatment has progressed. I am close to the goal and look forward to figuring out the maintenance dosing strategy (reduced weekly injections or longer time between injections).
