Biography
Angel Hovey, CCC-SLP, is a pediatric speech-language pathologist. Her professional interests include pediatric speech, language and feeding disorders, clinical supervision and interprofessional collaboration.
She is a multi-annual recipient of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Award for Continuing Education (ACE) recognizing professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning. She is a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) and earned certificates as a DIR/Floortime® provider and SOS Approach to Feeding provider specializing in the birth to five population.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, painting, gardening, reading, kayaking and listing to live music.
